Lunar Eclipse, 8-28-07

Moon pics taken with a Canon Powershot A620. I was experimenting with different film speeds, aperture, and shutter speed. I wanted to try to get the best balance of colors across the spectrum. My favorites are 2812 and 2825.

I also experimented with digital and optical zoom. Optical is the one where the moon looks really small. If you click the pic to full size though, you will notice that the quality is superior to the digital zoom. But the digital zoom is still not bad considering how far the moon is!
